Andrew Kang: Aptronic has 9+ year track record, proprietary actuator tech from founding team, and just hired Waymo's former CPO plus Amazon executives

“If you look at Aptronic, it's one of the longest standing humanoid companies out there. They're OGs. They've been at this for, you know, nine plus years. And a lot of the more innovative actuator technology came from, you know, some of the researchers that were part of the founding team or currently work at Aptronic... And, you know, then they decided, hey, look, this is going to be such a great opportunity. We have all of this experience. Why don't we just build the humanoid and commercialize it themselves? And so if you look at their death experience and also, you know, the CEO leadership, I think Jeff just recently hired the previous CPO of Waymo, some top executives from, what was it, Amazon and some other big places... They also have a partnership with Google DeepMind.”
