NVIDIA's Physical AI/Autonomous Vehicle business already ~$10B; targets next $100B business within 10 years

Jensen Huang· NVIDIA· AI· 2026-07-26· about NVIDIA (NVDA)
Our robotics business, autonomous vehicle business, basically physical AI business is probably almost like $10 billion. So it's really, really big already. Um, likely this will be one of the largest industries in the world and um, uh, it'll take longer than a couple two, three years. It'll take less than 10. And so this will this will be our next $100 billion business.

Why it matters

NVIDIA is explicitly signaling aggressive capex and R&D expansion into robotics and autonomous vehicles as a major growth engine beyond AI chips. This indicates substantial near-term investment in simulation (Isaac Sim, Cosmos), reinforcement learning infrastructure, and physical AI compute stacks.

Investment implication

Companies in the robotics supply chain, simulation software, reinforcement learning platforms, and autonomous vehicle sensor/compute integration should see accelerated partnerships and procurement from NVIDIA and its customers. Waymo, Tesla, and Mercedes are already named integrators; suppliers to these OEMs stand to benefit.
